What is the Hiji® band Warranty Policy?

Customer Support can answer questions and provide troubleshooting assistance for your Hiji® band device. An extended warranty called the Hiji® band Protection Plan is available for purchase with select Hiji® band products purchased in the United States from hijiband.com. This plan increases the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years and covers accidental damage. How do I return my Hiji® band?

For countries that have products available through the hijiband.com store, purchases are covered by our return policy. You can return products purchased from Hiji® band for a refund within 45 days of shipment. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased your Hiji® band device or accessory elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out the return policy.

Customers in the United States can initiate a return with our return tool. Customers in other countries should contact Customer Support for help.
